A dealership is three buildings in one, and each needs something different. The showroom is a presentation space where the floor is a major part of the impression. Polished concrete or high-gloss tile under bright lighting shows every mark, and a floor that reads as dull makes the vehicles on it look worse. It needs consistent maintenance to hold that finish, and periodic deeper treatment when maintenance alone stops being enough. Glass is the other half: a dealership is mostly windows, and smeared glass is visible from the lot before a customer is even inside. The service bay is an industrial floor with an industrial problem. Oil, grease, brake dust and tyre marks accumulate into the concrete surface, and once they are in, ordinary cleaning does not lift them. Proper degreasing with mechanical agitation does. A service floor that is never degreased eventually stops responding to anything, which is the point at which coating becomes the only remaining option. Customer waiting areas, offices and restrooms are the third piece, and they are where customers spend the most actual time. People waiting on a service appointment sit in that room for an hour looking at it. Because we also install epoxy flooring, we can tell you honestly when a service bay floor has passed the point where cleaning is worthwhile and coating is the better spend. That is a genuine judgement rather than an upsell: a coated service floor cleans in a fraction of the time and stops absorbing what gets spilled on it, but a floor that still responds to degreasing does not need one yet.
