Office Cleaning 

Office cleaning is a contract, not a job. What matters is that it happens on schedule, to the same standard, without anyone in your building having to chase it. The work itself is not complicated. Being reliable about it is the whole product. We clean offices outside working hours in most cases, because that is when it causes no disruption and when the floors are actually clear. For buildings with shift patterns or restricted access we work to whatever window suits, and we would rather agree that up front than discover a conflict in week three. A standard scope covers workstations and desk surfaces, meeting rooms, kitchens and break areas, restrooms, entrances and common circulation, and floors throughout. Restrooms and kitchens carry the complaints in any office, so they get done properly every visit rather than rotated. Beyond that, tasks that do not need weekly attention go on a rotation: interior glass, vents, high dusting, upholstered seating and detailed floor work. Entrances in this county deserve a specific mention. From November through March, salt and slush arrive on every pair of boots and go straight onto whatever flooring is inside the door. Salt is abrasive and it holds moisture, so it damages both carpet backing and hard floor finish if it is left to accumulate. Matting helps and does not solve it. Buildings here benefit from tighter entrance attention through winter, and we would rather build that into the schedule than watch a lobby floor degrade over one season.
