Microscopic gypsum dust settles on every surface, infiltrates HVAC systems, and becomes airborne again and again, and a standard shop-vac is not only ineffective but counterproductive because it recirculates the fine particles. Our HEPA-filter vacuums trap 99.97% of all particles, and our portable air scrubbers pull that dust out of the air on larger projects. We work in three phases. The rough clean happens during construction: large debris and trash removal, sweeping and vacuuming for the finishing trades, and sticker and label removal from windows and fixtures. The final clean happens after all trades are complete: top-down dusting of high surfaces, cleaning of walls, baseboards, and frames, cabinet and fixture cleaning, glass and window cleaning, and floor-specific treatment where VCT and LVT are stripped, sealed, and waxed, tile is machine-scrubbed, concrete is auto-scrubbed, and carpet is HEPA-vacuumed. The white-glove touch-up happens one to two days before handover: surface re-dusting, fingerprint and smudge removal, and a final vacuum and mop. We remove all interior cleaning-related debris and bag it in your on-site dumpsters, but we are not a trash-hauling or demolition company, so large materials are excluded.
