Recurring Cleaning 

Recurring cleaning holds a home at a level instead of repeatedly rescuing it. That distinction is the whole argument for it. A home cleaned on a schedule never accumulates the buildup that makes a one-off clean expensive, because nothing sits long enough to bond, stain or set. The practical difference shows up in the work itself. On a standing schedule, most of each visit goes to maintaining, and a rotating portion goes to something deeper: baseboards one visit, inside the oven another, window sills and tracks the next. Over a couple of months everything gets proper attention without any single visit turning into a full day. Choosing a frequency is mostly about traffic rather than square footage. A large house with two quiet adults needs less than a small one with children, a dog and a side door everyone uses. Weekly suits households with pets, children or heavy foot traffic. Every two weeks holds most homes in this area comfortably and is what most of our customers settle on. Monthly works for smaller or quieter households, though each visit runs longer because more has accumulated. There is a seasonal argument for tightening the interval between November and March. Lake effect snow puts salt and wet slush through the door on every trip, and salt does real damage if it stays: it works into carpet backing at the threshold and leaves a haze on hard floors that ordinary mopping spreads rather than removes. Several customers move from every two weeks to weekly through winter and back again in spring.
