A janitor's mop is for light duty. It cannot remove the embedded soils, tire marks, and oil that build up in a real industrial facility, and J&K Precision Cleaning brings the equipment and process that can. Our industrial floor cleaning runs in three phases. Phase one is power sweeping: ride-on sweepers with HEPA filtration remove dry debris and silica dust before any water is applied, which is both a cleaning step and an OSHA silica-compliance step. Phase two is auto-scrubbing: our machines dispense solution, agitate with high-RPM brushes, and recover the dirty water in a single pass, pulling embedded grease, oils, and soils out of the pores of the concrete. Phase three is spot treatment: specialized tire mark removal using targeted chemicals and pressure scrubbing, plus oil stain pre-treatment with microbial degreasers. We tailor the approach to your floor type. Unfinished or sealed concrete gets aggressive scrubbing and degreasing. Epoxy and urethane floors are cleaned with non-abrasive pads and pH-neutral cleaners to protect the finish. VCT floors get deep scrubbing and, when needed, full stripping and waxing.
