When should I book a move-out clean?↓
As soon as you know your date, particularly for early May or late August in the Fredonia rental market. Those two windows fill first because the whole student rental cycle turns over at once.
Does the property need to be empty?↓
It should be. Move-out cleaning covers inside cabinets, behind appliances and the floors under where furniture stood, and none of that is reachable if belongings are still in place.
Will this satisfy my landlord?↓
We clean to handover standard, which is what a normal end-of-tenancy inspection looks for. We cannot speak for an individual landlord, and we do not repair damage. If something is broken or stained beyond cleaning, we will tell you rather than let you find out at the inspection.
